TECHNOEDJE was founded by Jennifer Torlone and Juana Villa after years of helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and operational change.

Across industries and organizations of all sizes, we observed a common challenge: leaders had a clear vision for where they wanted to go, but operational complexity, disconnected processes, competing priorities, and misaligned technology often stood in the way of execution.

Having experienced these challenges firsthand while working within and alongside the organizations we served, we created TECHNOEDJE to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
